2026 Conference Information:
Wednesday, October 14 – Friday, October 16, 2026
Keystone, CO
The Housing Colorado Conference convenes affordable housing professionals to explore emerging trends, share solutions, and strengthen communities across the state. Through dynamic presenters and interactive workshops, attendees gain practical tools across the full spectrum of development, finance, construction, operations, and policy.
2026 Workshop RFP
We encourage proposals that are timely, innovative, and interactive, spanning 101 through advanced topics, address issues across the housing continuum, and those with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Based on 2025 attendee feedback, additional priority consideration will be given to proposals that address the following focus areas:
Affordable homeownership
- Rural housing, including rural resort and mountain communities
- Housing for elders and aging populations
- 101-level introductory topics
Standing annual panels include:
- Tax Credit Equity
- Developer Hot Topics
- Basics of Rental Finance
- Private Activity Bonds: State of the State
Submission Requirements
- Title (8 words max)
- 50-word third-person description
- Three learning objectives
- DEI component
- Interactive elements
- Presenter names/organizations
- Main contact information
Audience
Approximately 1,000 housing professionals, developers, policymakers, service providers, construction leaders, and nonprofit partners.
Timeline
Proposals will be open through April 24th. Submissions will be reviewed by early June, with notifications sent mid-June. Speakers receive a discounted registration rate of $100; scholarship support is also available.
Registration for the 2026 Conference will go on sale August 4th.
